The participants for rafting must not be underinfluence of alcohol or other drugs. If you have any injuries or medical condition that may affect the trip you should let your guide and trip leader know.
To take with you:
- swimwear
- a towell
- a bag
Take with you swimwear (have it on already under your normal clothes),
a towel and a bag or something where to put your clothes, which will be transported for you to the exit point of the river. Any kind of medicine that you have to take with you such as for astma, diabetes, and similar, take it with you, and the guide will put it in his dry box or dry bag.
For personal belongings such as necklaces, glasses, rings, cameras, phones, wallets and similar we are not responsible. You can take it with you on the river, but have in mind it can get broken or lost but for sure wet.
When we arrive to the entry point you will get all the equipment:
Every participant gets:
- a wet suit
- neoprene shoes
- buoyancy aid
- a helmet
- a Jacket (if it is cold)
If you have your own equipment that is OK too.
When we are ready with the equipment we have to get our boat ready, inflate it.
Than you get instructions from the guide: how to sit in the boat, how to paddle and steer the boat, safety instructions, what to do if somebody falls into the water, how to swim over the rapids (the so called passive swim position) and the use of the safety rope.
Duration: everything together with the logistics (equipment, instructions, transport) three and a half hours. We are on the water and hour and a half.
